Metal 3S is looking for two proactive and experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Officers to support safe operations at our storage facility in Fujairah Freezone.
The successful candidates will be responsible for implementing and monitoring HSE requirements, identifying workplace hazards, conducting site inspections, promoting safe working practices and ensuring compliance with applicable UAE HSE regulations and site requirements.

Ensure safe vehicle movements, loading and unloading, material handling and equipment operations.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions and regular HSE awareness sessions.
Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions, and recommend preventive measures.
Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with site safety rules.
Support emergency preparedness, fire safety and emergency response arrangements.
Maintain HSE records, inspection checklists, incident reports and other required documentation.
Monitor contractors and personnel to ensure compliance with site HSE requirements.
Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and report HSE performance to management.
Relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management or a related discipline.
NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or an equivalent recognised HSE qualification preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HSE experience in industrial, warehouse, logistics, storage or yard operations.
Good knowledge of UAE HSE requirements and practical workplace safety procedures.
Experience conducting risk assessments, inspections, toolbox talks and incident investigations.
Strong communication, observation, reporting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in an operational, site-based environment.

Handle, move, organise and store industrial materials safely.
Assist with loading, unloading, receiving and dispatch activities.
Operate forklifts or other relevant equipment where trained and authorised.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Follow site safety procedures and use the required PPE.
Previous experience in yard operations, warehousing, logistics, industrial storage or material handling.
Experience handling industrial materials and operating relevant equipment would be an advantage.
Relevant licences or certificates are required for the assigned duties.
Good safety awareness, reliability, and a willingness to work at the Fujairah site.
